Hey y'all...been travelling across the country and had the highest and most profoundly unrealistic hopes of keeping you informed all the way. But as it turns out, time is a tricky beast. I seemed to consistently run out, fall behind, fall further behind, lose sleep, break the speed limit, have rushed coffee, 7-11 tuna and check into hotels at midnight. Didn't leave a lot of room for the errant typing I'm presently attempting, much less actual writing.
As a quick patch - and with a better entry to follow - here are some slideshows from various points on the trip. The path followed was: Vegas, Moab, Silverthorne, Ogallala, Omaha, St. Louis, Chicago, Toledo, Utica. Soon to be in Leek, Staffordshire, but that's something else entirely.
